Russia's War of Aggression against Ukraine has not only brought about the biggest security and humanitarian crisis since 1945, but it has also revealed a crisis of understanding: fundamental notions such has security, freedom and solidarity mean different things in different countries.
Joined by outstanding thinkers and scholars, among them Iryna Tsilyk, Mateusz Falkowski, Ralf Fücks, Dr. Franziska Davis, Artem Chapaie, Lidia Gibadlo, Agnieszka Róż, Jaroslaw Kuisz, Eva Yakubovska, Mariia Vorotilina, Kateryna Botanova, Ksenia Malykh, Valeria Schiller and Leon Kahane the participants of our international residency programm, coming from Ukraine, Poland and Germany, will explore these differences and reconstruct the historical and political processes which have led to them.
Their insights will be summarized in a public panel discussion taking place on 15.02 at 18.15 in the Pilecki Institute to which all of you are cordially invited!
